Tartan’s HRMS Sync Product Update — February 2024

This month, we’re excited to share important enhancements to Tartan HRMS Sync, focused on expanding coverage, improving data control, and unlocking more flexible integration models for vendors and enterprises.

The February release includes two new HRMS integrations, on-demand employee data access, and a new Field Controls capability—each designed to reduce friction between HR teams, vendors, and downstream platforms.

Two New Integrations Added to Our Coverage

We’ve expanded our HRMS Sync ecosystem with two widely adopted platforms, enabling faster and broader access to employee data across more client environments.

Odoo

Odoo is a comprehensive, open-source suite of business applications covering HRMS, payroll, finance, CRM, and project management. With 12 million+ users globally, Odoo is used by organizations of all sizes to run and scale their operations.

With this integration:

  • Vendors can now connect directly to Odoo HRMS accounts

  • Employee data can be retrieved securely and in real time

  • Odoo clients gain immediate compatibility with Tartan HRMS Sync

This is a strong addition to our coverage network, especially for clients using modular, open-source HR systems.

HR One

The Problem
