Tartan’s Product Update — February 2022
February was an exhilarating month for us at Tartan, marked by meaningful milestones across brand, product, and company growth.
We started the month by unveiling Tartan’s new look—a refreshed identity that better reflects what our product stands for today and where it’s headed next.
A New Look for a New Phase
Our updated brand identity is designed to mirror the core attributes of our product:
Easy to use — built for seamless adoption
Secure — designed for regulated, high-trust environments
Real-time — powered by live data, not static snapshots
Data-driven — focused on depth, accuracy, and decision-ready signals
Along with the visual refresh, we also gave our website a complete makeover, making it easier to understand our offerings, explore use cases, and navigate our growing product ecosystem. If you haven’t checked it out yet, now’s a great time to take a look.
Announcing Our Fundraise
February also marked a major company milestone—we publicly announced our fundraising for the first time.
We’re excited to share that Info Edge Ventures is our lead investor in this round, joined by a strong group of partners including 500 Startups, Titan Capital, Varanium Advisors, EMVC, Yatra Angel Network, the Manipal Group, and the founders of Groww.
This backing from experienced investors and operators reinforces our vision and the problem we’re solving at the intersection of payroll, employment, and financial infrastructure.
What this enables for Tartan
The capital raised will be used to:
Grow our team across engineering, product, and go-to-market functions
Expand our market presence and customer base
Accelerate product development, with deeper data coverage and more robust APIs
Our focus remains on building infrastructure that simplifies verification, strengthens trust, and enables better financial outcomes for businesses and individuals alike.
February was a defining month for us, one that set the foundation for faster growth, sharper execution, and a stronger product vision.
Tartan helps teams integrate, enrich, and validate critical customer data across workflows, not as a one-off step but as an infrastructure layer.
